CANCELLATION POLICY

Once-off toolbox talk packs are digital downloads that are completed at the moment of delivery, so they cannot be cancelled once downloaded — see our Refund Policy for the limited cases where a refund applies.

For the Compliant Site app subscription (coming soon): you will be able to cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing compliantco.sa@gmail.com from your account email. Cancelling stops all future billing. You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period.

There is no cancellation fee, and there are no partial refunds for the unused part of a period already paid.

We may suspend or cancel access where these terms are breached or a payment fails, giving reasonable notice where possible.
