This website and its products are operated by Van Tonder Digital (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/386062/07, Church Street, Knysna Central, Western Cape, 6570, trading as Compliant Co.

We sell digital toolbox talk packs for the construction industry — practical safety talks organised by trade — as once-off downloads, and in future, subscription access to the Compliant Site app.

Prices are in South African Rand and are payable at checkout. Payments are processed by a secure third-party provider; we never store your full card details.

Licence: when you buy a pack you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or repackage our content. All intellectual property remains with Van Tonder Digital (Pty) Ltd.

Important notice: our toolbox talks are practical training and awareness materials. They are not legal advice and do not by themselves make your site compliant with any law or ensure any legal requirement is met. You remain solely responsible for implementing safety on your site and for complying with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all other applicable laws; obtain professional advice where appropriate.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or most recent subscription period. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
